Yeah. I've been riding my SS pretty much exclusively and obviously your cadence is what it is for whatever speed you want to be traveling, so I tend to spin a bit faster than I would with my geared bikes. I think it feels good.
Of course, there comes a point when you look slightly silly when you're going all "road runner" on your bike so you have to watch out for that.
