Thanks for the detailed response and thanks to everyone else. I came to a similar conclusion with the Fuji Track, as well as the Fuji Feather CX. Both come in 43 with 650 wheels. Maaaaybe with a sloping TT it'll work out, but even these might still be too high with the standover.
