MarkoPolo and I both did the Thanksgiving Day "thing" with our repsective families in the Monterey/Carmel area, so we met up the day after for an unbelieveably wonderful ride. We met up in front of my hotel and headed out along the waterfront around Pacific Grove and onto the 17 Mile Drive to Pebble Beach. Then up to the Hwy 1 gate and down Aguajito (with a short detour near the bottom).

After rain and such on Turkey Day itself, Friday had crystal clear blue skies with nary a cloud. The temperature was a tad nippy, but nothing that an extra layer or two couldn't handle, and it only made the coffee and pastries afterwards all the more enjoyable. Simply a specatcular day. No photos because (1) you people don't deserve them anyway and (2) I didn't think to bring a camera along.
