but in all fairness you can take many of the body components from each and swap them out because of the frames/unibody structure being the same. It's common practice in the aftermarket world to do such swaps. In the Honda/acura scene its popular to do the JDM (japanese domestic market) swaps because Acura does not exist in Japan. You the same MDX with a honda badge, thus making it a rebadged honda. (I didn't do any looking in to wether the MDX is even sold in japan but the same could be said for the TSX etc.)
