I plan on doing fast walking during recovery. Walking, at a fast pace, is how I lost 67 lbs of the ≈ 100lbs I have lost. I may also do some stair step exercise a few times a week to keep up the cardio and endurance. Not sure I'll run as that has a harsh impact on joints and my knees ache at times. I'll likely, if I feel finances will work, get the Defy in March or April.
