Please help me decide which frame I should use for XC, singletrack

I’m looking to build a trail bike for single track and a lot of hill climbing on loose dirt sometimes like fine gravel (screenings). I don’t do any DH only minor jumps like off wooden bridges, lots of flat rocks and roots.
Which of these older Frames would you pick. They all seem to fit me fine.
  • Miyata TrailRunner (2000) alloy triangle cro-mo stays and fork. Completely rigid, heavy at 32lbs. Touring Geometry
  • GT Corrado. (1994) Need new front suspension fork. Lighter than Miyata. 1-1/8” Threadless headset.
  • Trek 850 (1997) Needs new front suspension fork. Lighter that the Corrado. Converted to 1-1/8” Threadless headset.
  • Kona Hahanna (1997) Lighter than the trek. Rigid forks, 1-1/8” Threadless headset.
  • GT Avalanche 2.0 (2003) (6061 heat treated aluminum) cheap front suspension Slightly lighter that the Miyata but heavier than the rest.
  • GT Aggressor (2007) seems to be the exact same frame as the Avalanche.
I am going to build up all the components once I figure out which frame suits my trails the best.

Any advice?
thanks.
