Sceptr check the snubber pics above. The original one I had with the bike use to allow the belt to jump a tooth or two when under heavy tension, but I contacted Pashley as you say who sent me out the update that places the belt closer to the sprocket and now it never jumps. My pics above show before and after.

I have now removed and replaced the rear wheel several times and you soon get a feel for when the belt is at the correct tension.

PS I had a simlar chat with Ben Hayward about the A2. For now I am sticking with the S2C. I have re-applied my technique detailed in this post and its changing fine, touch wood.
