I was really in alot of pain going that slow too, put to much presure on my seat and arms, presure that usualy gets transfered to the pedals. Anyone else have this problem?

I was thinking about putting my old mtb back up to specs next time.

I try for 40-45km/h on shorter rides about 40-50k or so.

I'm sorry guys, the ability for me to feel my back(finaly got it feeling good after 2 months of physio), butt, and arms comes above my firend's performance limits. I did my best not to drop him outside the city. Once we got back in the city and i knew he knew the way home i dropped him, 20k home to his house, 30k home to my house.
