Exactly. I use it for the tool that it is. I don't expect it to naturally help me go faster or anything of the sort. It does help when you're putting together a specific training plan. I think it probably helps an amateur rider more than a pro. Pro's ride 30 hours a week, have coaches and have a better understanding of their RPE's that most of us (although some of you guys are really quite good in this respect). I need the help.
