So in a nutshell...

- 10 speed (which makes sense because I imagine they want to wait for Shimano to release the details of their 11-speed design first)
- they finally got rid of the stupid hollow, toothless design on their cassette (hollow = loud, toothless = crunchy inconsistent shifts)
- apparently a really nice crank design
- beefy and redesigned FD (about time)
- really over the top and gaudy graphics (not a good thing IMO)
- new brake design with unknown performance benefit

I'll pass judgement once it comes out though.
