Bikes: N-1 where N = number needed

I've backed off a lot on the minutia of WKO and now mainly focus on specific workout goals as well. I do like the numbers for comparing myself to past performance on the MMP. I think ewe emmm deee had a chart he posted that showed top 10 values in 5s, 1m, 5m, 20m, and 1hr on the CTL chart which I copied as well. This time of year I use the meter to make sure I'm not over cooking myself.
