Toronto - in the season i find there's alot of good road stuff, there's a couple guys on our craiglist parting out bikes and whatnot, there a dude named Cam with alot of C&V stuff, if you guys go to Toronto's CL and Type CAM in the search you'll usually get a whole lot of vintage stuff. most deals go pretty quick, usually i try to scoop them up and fight off the mountains of other ppl on CL. The bike market here has always been pretty good and it does have a lot of collectors as well.
