Only three things to think about: mounting nut type, reach, and whether the QR will open far enough. My guess is you will have zero issue. I replaced short-reach NR (or maybe SR) calipers with dual-pivots (thanks again to iab, several years back at the Madison swap!), then upgraded the rest of it to Ergopower. Perfect brake operation in all three setups.
