Thanks for your advice Bentlink.i think i will do the same with my wheels...
The frame has a decal says : made with 2040 .The leather bar wrap says: Brev. MOTOBECANE Fab.HUTCHINSON.
I think velosolex was bought from motobecane or the opposite?
