Use photobucket as the other posters have suggested. In Photobucket go to edit and resize to about 520x390. Then "save a copy" so you don't reduce your original picture size. Copy the "IMG" code from Photobucket and paste directly into your Forum post. Use Advanced to preview your post. This fits the forum's spacing pretty well.
