The paint and logos look an awful lot like Motobecane-style, especially the "made in France" script on the down tube, which is identical to some late 70s Motos. Plus Motobecane used 2040 steel on their "better" entry-level models (like Super Mirage) - so I'm thinking a rebadged Motobecane? Awful pretty bike, whatever it is.
Its very pretty indeed ,whenever i ride it a lot of people ask me questions about its origin.Its also xl frame and the silver finish is an eyeturner .The way i found it is very funny,a colleague of mine had some mechanical issues in his thermal heater under in the basement,i went there to help him fix it and i noticed the shinny velosolex behind some junk.I asked him about the bike and he said me that his father wanna throw it to carbadge because it takes space...i instantly grab it and put it in the trunk
