Ideale saddle and Suntour shifters were probably add-ons by the original owner who used the bike for touring, they were popular. The Suntour Barcons (do they have little clicks?) might continue to be popular forever.

To sell it for any money you'll definitely need better pictures. To me it looks like a dusty, rusty bike (chain looks bright orange, not a good sign.) I have bought many of these and am well aware of what it takes to get them back into reliable running shape.

As is, with the included picture, I'd say you're looking about $150-$200. You could probably double that with a cleanup, good pictures, and a tuneup.
