I have 400 dollars to spend and I was really looking towards buying a Mercier kilo tt but is there anything better and cheaper? Also if i get a Kilo tt should I change anything on it? It seems like a great bike from everything I read about it on this site. PLEASE HELP AND PLEASE REPLY
