Chances are you have your fitting wrong on the bike. It is impossible to talk about just bars without knowing all the rest. The points on your hands you talked about are the correct pressure points but its way beyond that. There shouldn’t be that much weight on your hands no matter where you locate them on the bars. If I had to guess the issue I would say seat too far forward, stem too long and bars to low. The seat is the most likely culprit.
