That's a good bike for $729. Not sure what MSRP was but at $950 that's a decent discount. This time of year you may be able to squeeze a bit more of a deal but shops have to make a living too. Stem swap is pretty standard but the RD upgrade is nice. You might see if they will give you a good price on some pedals or free bottle cages or bottles, but it's still a fair price. It's also a good frame and you can add upgrades to it as time goes on. Don't over think it. If you like the bike and like the price and like the shop there isn't much else to worry about. Go out and ride.
