Sadly, Owings Mills (and much of Baltimore county too) is filled with poorly designed roads that are two lanes each way, no sidewalks, no speed calming and cars are flying. There are kids who live 2 blocks away from school and their parents drive them, because it's too dangerous for them to walk there.

If we all yield to this takeover of our roadways then we just support the dominance of the car culture. I believe cehoward is changing that.
