Like I said though, good work on the 3k+ and over 50lbs of weight loss. Cycling is a fantastic activity. no matter what your utility for it is. (Weight loss, Health, Competition, Commuting, w/e....)
Thanks, X-L. The weight loss was more than I even hoped for. But riding that many miles; mostly in the FL heat and humidity, really took the poundage off - fast.

I would love to do some climbing as I see the beautiful pics others have posted of their rides in the hills/mountains and I'm very envious. Who knows, maybe I'll get the time and money to do a trip somewhere in 2012.
