It's raining seatpost questions
I received a nice Gipiemme seatpost in the mail today for the Brava I'm assembling. It was described as and stamped as 26.6. That's exactly what I measured for the I.D. of the ST and exactly what Sheldon Brown's database says it should be. However it was a bit loose when I inserted it. So I measured it and it came to 26.5.
How critical is this? It strikes me as not so good. I have no experience with seatposts that are too small.
