I have a temporary front fender on it at the moment. I need to get something that'll work with the disc brakes. The rear fender in the pic was also temporary, there's a full fender on it now.
I pulled the IGH wheel and the handlebars off my previous winter bike last weekend and it was a scramble to get the new bike ready to ride by Monday. There wasn't time to deal with the fenders until later this week.
It's all working well so far but the rear roller brake may be gone next winter. In the single digit temps this morning the grease in there had thickened and I could really feel it for the first couple of miles.
