On a training ride today and a guy going the same direction turned right in front of me. It ended poorly for me and my bike. I'm fine but my bike isn't...It was a gorgeous Wilier Cento Uno in colorway never imported to NA. Campy, 3T, Powertap..oh my baby!!!!

The rear triangle is cracked in three places. I was drug for 10feet so there is some grindage. I have the original receipt sans wheels, I don't have a receipt for my kit, iphone, helmet, powertap (although I think thats going to be fine) but the wheels will need to be trued.

will I be fully compensated? I'm scared I'm going to get screwed over. I suppose I could get my homeowners insurance involved somehow? I did file a chp report later that day.
