I use RAM Mounts on my bike. It's a universal mount, unfortunately, I don't have the part numbers offhand. I have a Droid X2 smartphone with a generic rubber skin case, and it works pretty darn well in conjunction with the RAM Mount.

I've got the exact same part to hold a chunky GPS on my handlebars.
It's ugly as all get out, you wouldn't have to look far to find nicer looking warthogs than this thing, but for the most part it does the job. For something smaller like a smartphone I can't imagine it coming out unless you hit one helluva bump, as long as you set the fingers up correctly.
I still plan to get a custom mount for my GPS - I bought the warthog because the custom mount wasn't available and I needed something that would work.
