RUSA tends to measure the brevet season on a calendar-year basis, but by the ACP's yard-stick I already did a 200K this "year," a wonderful circumnavigation of Lake Okeechobee (in the Everglades) on a beautiful day.
God willing and the creek don't rise, I'll do a full series again this year. There's also a fleche being run by the Gainesville RBA, for which I have put together a team. The jury is still out on whether I'll do a 1200K in 2012. There are some good ones being offered, but I may just keep my powder dry when it comes to Grand Randonnees until LEL in '13.
