I was wondering that too. Hard to tell when you're spinning.

Drop a cord with a weight to see where your knee is at the 3:00 (horizontal) position. You generally want the front of the kneecap to be at the front of the pedal. (OK, technically that's not correct. Just under your kneecap should bisect the pedal spindle. But the first way will be close enough, and you can fiddle with it later.)

I'd say the saddle might be a tad low, but it's not much. After any change, do a number of rides before you try the next position...like 7-8 rides. Unless you have obvious pain, of course.
