As to the correct spelling of common words, it's amusing to me that people here like to get worked up over the appropriate components to hang on a bike, or the period correct paint colors to use, or the right tires, and will happily argue for days over the merits of Campy vs. Shimano; but correct their spelling or grammar and they get offended.
This is likely the only forum on the entire internet where incorrect spelling or improper grammar actually can get you ban --- in trouble.
