With a little training we all can qualify for the circus. Since you are doing 1 degree pushups why not try 3 degree pushups with hands on 6lb medicines balls and feet on a Bocce ball?

My squat set goes like this: 12 x 16" box jumps, right to an upside down Bocce ball x 15 squats with arms crossed and elbows pointed down, to 10 reps of 2 medicine ball squats (balancing on a medicine ball under each foot) then to squats standing on a 55 cm stability ball to failure. By the time I'm squating on the stability ball my legs are quaking. I don't think that set is for beginners. I'm on the 3rd year of the progressive program and just started that super set last week.
