What kind of dogs?

This sounds like a different location, but I have seen dogs on Little T. In particular, shortly before the short bridge before the wildlife waystation, I've seen a pitbull off leash. He didn't attack me, but I know he attacked and bit another cyclist a few weeks earlier (who had flagged me down and warned me).
