Thanks to all of your great build suggestions and the fact that I had almost all of the parts on hand, this project came together nicely and it was fun to work off of the Steampunk theme. Thanks to Jared for the Sakae Randonneuring Bars.

I am going to set up a spare set of wheels with cyclocross tires.

Now I need suggestions for more Steampunk stuff I can hang on the bike. What I'd like to find is a small metal propellor I could mount behind the seat tube.
