RS3 has a shorter seat tube for a given frame size.

You're still thinking of seat tube length as a bike's size. It doesn't work that way any more.

A 32" inseam would be long for someone your height. If you really have a 32" inseam you're going to need to find a bike with a relatively short TT and tall head tube because your seat is going to be higher than the typical rider of that size frame.
