Beautiful weather this morning, easy riding harmonious with traffic, pedestrians and critters in their respective venues, everything as it should be. This is my fourth winter commuting and somehow, by far the easiest.

The last hill coming home was tough. Eventually I realized that my rear brake was binding so I could pop the QR on it to keep going to get my daughter from her after-school thing. Will look at it tomorrow to see what the problem was. The wheel might have shifted in the dropout?
That's happened to me, or the wheel got out of true. Or the caliper got torqued over and need to loosen and adjust it.
