There aren't racks, you just walk on with your bike (commuter rail). Caltrain (one of the other commuter rail lines in the bay area) does it differently, offering bike cars on the train, but I hear they can fill up, so the people cars will be left unfilled, but bikers will be stuck unable to bring their bikes or board at all.
