How do you know it needs an adjustment? If it is actually out of adjustment after only 2 hours of riding, you may want to bring it back to the LBS and have it done properly. Of course, you could also be doing it wrong

I could be, but I dont think I am. It's clicking just a touch on the center years (and yes, I'm trimming the FD; I'm pretty sure the noise is coming from the rear anyway....)
