well after looking up the kelly takeoffs I decided that the bar end shifters would be a more simple choice, and the most I paid so far for this project is $10 but the $10 covered all together the brake levers, drop bar, clip pedals, beverage holder, and a cantilever brake. Thanks everyone for clearing up my confusion I really do appreciate it.
