These are SunTour Command shifters:

Long gone, and not compatible with anything current (unless you keep them in friction mode).

Current Grip Shifts will not work on road handlebars unless you get a Hubbub adapter: http://www.universalcycles.com/shopp...5&category=162 . The very first Grip Shifts worked on drop bars, but they are also long gone.
