I just spent a week meeting with factories and Product Managers for 2013 model year products. I saw Campagnolo EPS (on bikes of the people I was riding with) but no Shimano 11spd (it was just announced) and nothing on Sram.
If it is available in the aftermarket first in 2012 that would be a very unusual move. What is more likely is that it will be available in Feb 2012 (like everyone else) for OE orders and them after those are filled they will begin to distribute to the aftermarket. That would mean mid-late 2012
if you book now, and 2013 for most everyone else.
Who knows, maybe they are bucking the system and will go into the aftermarket first but I have my doubts about that.
