I'll use some Pond's cold cream on my face a couple times a winter. My face is usually pretty oily. But for some reason, I feel really cold when it dries out.

Any half-decent hand lotion will work for hands, if it's applied often enough. Axle grease is good, too, but my wife doesn't care for it for some reason.
