I worked at Albany Bike/Hike in the 70's. Your frame is about 1976 (seat tube sticker/decal, shade of blue) and is what we called a "seraph" sport (entry level, $115). The next up was the seraph "spree" (lighter, more alloy components, plus rear chrome forks), the top was the "super" seraph ($200 plus, DB chro/mo, plus chrome lugs). all the badges had the same words - therein lies the confusion. The downtube told the model name. Also, the sport had a black badge, like yours. the spree and super had red/gold/white tones on their badges. Hope this helps. I happen to have one of each head badge hidden somewhere in my garage, plus a nishiki of about the same vintage. My super got stolen, but they didn't get my badge!
