Just picked this up on my local equivalent of Craigīs List. Itīs in very good condition, forgive the pictures as a) itīs dark and b) I havenīt cleaned the bike up.

Some of the specs: Deore LX, Dynamo hub, a reasonable halogen front light and a Standlicht rear, a decent rack, very nice Ergo grips, 3x8 with no wear on the chain, nearly new Schwalbe commuting tyres, a hateful front suspension fork (WHY????), aluminium frame, saddle seems OK-ish but will get swapped out for a Brooks ASAP, decent platform pedals, thatīs about it.

Itīs in my size (hooray!) and rides really nicely, just needs a new rear derailleur cable - which is probably why the seller advertised it as faulty.

Cost? €50. Oh happy day. Christmas just came early.
