I checked the crank arm last night as well, it was already tight as sin, I couldn't budge it any tighter. I'll just throw on another set of pedals here to see if it goes away
if it doesn't I'll investigate further
I've had this issue a couple times. First time, BB needed greased up. Second time, chainring bolts needed greased/tightened. Third time, pedal was ****ed.
