There is a reason Paul and Phil refered to Lance as 'Dancing on the pedals', it was due to the high RPM and his seemingly effortless grace while doing it. (and beating the crap out of everyone else at the same time)

Rocking your hips, bobing your torso, torqueing on the bars and generaly moving all over the place isnt dancing, its a rider at the edge of blowing up doing all he can to get over the hill.

This is the second or third post you have started on this very subject, seems the answers are still the same, lose weight and climb more. When you climb more you will find what works for you. There is no right and wrong in climbing. There are things most folks should avoid as they may be hard on knees or ankles, and there are general things that work for many riders, but the bottom line is we each have to find for ourselves what works and we cant do that on a computer.
