It's been a tough 4 years with my parent's being consumed by dementia...
What this has thought me is to cherish life as much as you can and don't have any regrets...Enjoy it while you can!

I've been watching my mother-in-law waste away from Alzheimers over the past few years and it's very tough at times, especially when I think about the things my wife wanted to do with her that she never will be able to.
