Bikes: Old Steelies I made, Old Cannondales

I have the older P7 MS. I guess total cost is $20, plus battery plus charger. I see there are quite a few similar flashlights. Some with 1 18650 , some with 2 18650.
By propriatary, I guess I just meant a battery & charger that I wouldn't find useful for anything else, compared to my AA & AAA rechargeables that I use for everything.
