This would lightly bond the two ends together and allow you to pull the new through when you remove the old.
Are the frame holes too small for this?
You have to get the inner cable through an outer housing, no way that would work. I ended up using magnets to draw them down and keep them from crossing. Bigger issue actually is that the routing on this frame set shifts like carp no matter what you do. Unless you do the Di2. Then it's butter.
