I've never seen anything lake this anywhere and have read a fair amount on the Tour. Considering the general impression I have of the tour at that time I doubt it would have been allowed or accepted by the riders. And if it had happened I can not picture it happening without it being milked for as much publicity as possible. One would think that would mean some pretty loud echos in the histories of the Tour.
