thrifty l.e.d. flashlight for headlight or projects

hello everyone, i normally use a detachable l.e.d. flashlight for a headlight system on my bicycles. i was at a dollar tree store and found a three l.e.d. flashlight that costs one u.s. dollar! and works good enough. the handle is round and grooved so it can be clamped or zip tied. they are not water sealed so i used a small watercolor paint brush and coated the inside threads, metals, and p.c.b. with mineral oil that seems to be working. the price of the flashlight alone opens it up to potential lighting projects like a light bar under a front rack or basket. i will be checking other dollar stores for dollar l.e.d. flashlights.
