I have an old Zefal HP portable road pump that does a great job of pumping up my presta tubes, but I've managed to tear 2 tubes already from all the twisting the valve undergoes when I pump. I try to brace the pump/valve with my hand while grasping the spokes, but I still managed to tear the tubes.
Rather than buying a new pump, is there a better way to do this? Do they sell flexible presta or schrader "extensions" hoses? I'm probably using the wrong terms, which is why I'm getting nothing on google, but basically a high-pressure version of red/yellow thing in the photo below:

I take it that one made for soccer balls won't be able to handle the 120psi.
